Supporting the London Taxi Driver’s Fund for Underprivileged Children

EAR plc were honoured to support this year’s London to Southend taxi drive in July for the London Taxi Driver’s Fund for Underprivileged Children. The event saw 100 taxis take around 300 disabled or underprivileged children to Southend for a fun packed day. This wonderful grassroots charity was founded in 1928 and has been working to expand on events and opportunities for children ever since.

The charity is particularly well known for its outings to the seaside when convoys of London taxis decked in balloons and banners take children out.

We were delighted to be given the opportunity to work with this charity and are looking forward to future opportunities to help where we can.
