EAR the Difference with our Festival Communication Systems

At EARS plc we are experienced in providing communication management for large events around the UK. Since the London Olympic games in 2012 we have been expanding our services and working with larger clients to provide secure and reliable communications for their events. Whether they are large sporting events, music concerts or festivals spanning multiple sites, the EARS team have developed bespoke two-way radio hire packages to suit the ever expanding needs of the live events sector.

This summer EARS will be helping to host a number of large events around London and the UK and we are particularly excited to be working with the legendary Arcadia London group to develop their communications for the upcoming May Bank Holiday Arcadia festival at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. This unique festival is an immersive experience for festival goers, fusing monumental spectacle, high octane performance and thunderous bass into a spellbinding sensory experience. Legendary acts such as Groove Armada and Rudimental will be playing and there will also be exclusive live performances and DJ sets.

To ensure that this festival runs seamlessly EARS plc will be providing Arcadia with 260 Motorola Mototrbo DP4400E digital portable radios with a connected Motortbo Repeaters. EARS developed a communication system for Arcadia around the DP4400E radios because of their easy to use functionality as well as integrated safety and emergency features such as a dedicated emergency buttons and IP68 specifications for submergibility and environmental sealing.
The radios are equipped with the latest digital technology offering enhanced features such as GPS tracking and Bluetooth connectivity.

Due to this festivals expanse EARS plc has fully tested the site for coverage ensuring that Repeaters are placed strategically throughout the site. EARS staff will also be on hand to help with any technical issues during the day.
