Some of the benefits that you can recieve with our Mobile and Hand Portable contracts include guaranteed turn-around for parts and accessories, unlimited repairs, guaranteed parts availability and fast track service. Our Base Station and Repeater contracts enable you to have annual inspections, on site assistance within a guaranteed amount of time, individually assigned engineers and free collection and delivery.

While-u-Wait/Rapid Response Repair Service
EARS plc offers a while-u-wait and rapid response repair service for minor two-way radio or tracking faults from programming issues to battery and radio checks. Our friendly team of engineers will be on hand with any programming, licensing or application queries you may have.
Delivery Service/Next Day Replacement
We offer guaranteed delivery to all of our customers. In the UK Mainland we will dispatch within four working hours and provide replacement radios for next day delivery. Within the M25 and Home Counties we guarantee to dispatch during the same day.
