Service Director
Pero Coetzee is our Service Director. Previously working for the Marines in Nambia overseeing communications, his versatility and extensive experience are a true asset to Ears Plc. Pero runs the entire service department whilst overseeing all projects, his ability to adapt to the fast pace and high demands of his role enable him to deliver on some of our key projects. Having received accreditation from industry leaders Icom, Tait, Simoco, Maxon and TrakM8, Pero’s complete understanding of the industry is a direct reflection of his capability to drive our service department in the right direction. With a strong understanding of our clients’ needs and requirements, he has assisted to maintain our service level agreements whilst helping our Engineers exceed clients’ expectations.
