Cody Nally – ISB Superbikesearsman
Continuing on from his brilliant win at Kirkistown where he claimed the Neil Robinson Memorial Trophy, Cody took to the Mondello Park Circuit for the latest round of the Masters Superbike Championship, where he claimed a fantastic triple podium in the hotly contested Superbike class, claiming three third place finishes in the three races over the course of the weekend at the Naas Circuit.
Cody said – “We had another good weekend, continuing on from my win at Kirkistown at the Neil Robinson Memorial Races. I was a distant third in the first two races of the weekend, but it was still two podium finishes which was good to get under my belt. In the last race on the Sunday evening, I caught Nikki Coates and Robert English and joined the battle for the win. I genuinely felt like I could get the win in that race, but unfortunately I just got caught behind a back-marker in the wrong place, which gave the two lads enough of a break, so I had to settle for third. I have absolutely no hard feelings towards the back-marker at all. The lad was in his own race, and had no way of knowing I was there.”
